From several hours to full days, experience activity-based segments to build awareness and connection. Favorites are "Lava Skiis" and "Land Mines" where participants must work together in teams to solve/accomplish a challenge. Experience interactive facilitation and skill-building surrounding Stress, Anger, Communication, and Conflict resolution. The Relationship assessments and DISC personality profiles can be included.
